Dashboard Overview¶
Overview¶
The Dashboard is the landing page of the LAAVAT Platform GUI. It provides a quick summary of pending tasks and operational status to help stay informed about the platform's health and outstanding actions.
Pending Tasks¶
The tasks section displays the total number of approval tasks awaiting action across all categories:

| Product Approvals | Pending product creation approvals |
| Revocation Approvals | Pending certificate revocation approvals |
When there are pending approvals, a notification indicator is displayed with the total count. If no approvals are pending, a confirmation message indicates that all tasks are complete.
Stay on top of approvals
Check the dashboard regularly to ensure approval requests are handled promptly. Delayed approvals can block production workflows such as signing operations and certificate issuance.
Operational Status¶
The operational status section provides real-time health monitoring of the platform's core components:

Status Indicators¶
| Indicator | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Green checkmark | The component is operational |
| Warning triangle | The component is not operational and may require attention |
| Blue clock | The component status is being checked |
The dashboard automatically refreshes health status and approval counts at regular intervals.
Non-operational components
If any component shows a non-operational status, investigate promptly. HSM or database issues can prevent signing operations and certificate issuance. Contact your platform administrator or LAAVAT support if the issue persists.
